1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ambed Fleet's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Ambed Fleet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Service Description

Ambed Fleet is a vehicle rental marketplace that connects gig economy drivers ("Drivers") with vehicle owners ("Hosts"). We facilitate the rental process but are not a party to the rental agreement between Drivers and Hosts. All vehicles are rented on a weekly basis.

3. Driver Requirements

Drivers must: be at least 21 years of age; hold a valid U.S. driver's license; pass a background check; be approved on at least one gig platform (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.); maintain a clean driving record; and provide a refundable security deposit before taking possession of a vehicle.

4. Host Responsibilities

Hosts must: provide vehicles that meet all state safety and inspection requirements; maintain current vehicle registration and insurance; disclose any known mechanical issues; keep vehicles clean and in good working condition; and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

5. Payments & Fees

Rental payments are due weekly in advance. A security deposit is required before the first rental period. Insurance fees are charged separately. Late payments may result in additional fees or termination of the rental agreement. Ambed Fleet charges a platform fee for facilitating the rental.

6. Insurance & Liability

All vehicles rented through Ambed Fleet include basic insurance coverage. Drivers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Ambed Fleet is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the rental period. Additional insurance coverage may be purchased.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a rental agreement with 7 days written notice. Ambed Fleet reserves the right to immediately terminate service for violations of these terms, unsafe driving behavior, failure to make payments, or misuse of the vehicle.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of Ambed Fleet's services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
