A refundable security deposit is collected at the start of every rental.
The deposit covers potential damages, violations, late fees, tolls, cleaning fees, and other charges outlined in the rental agreement.
Deposits are returned electronically within 1-3 business days after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition, minus any applicable deductions.
If total charges exceed the deposit, the Renter is responsible for payment of the remaining balance.
